At Polar Or Bear LTD, all our clothing is made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. This policy helps us reduce waste and promote sustainable practices.

Faulty Items If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items can be returned for a replacement, repair, or refund. Proof of purchase and details of the fault (e.g., photos) must be provided.

Non-Faulty Items We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty items, as all products are made specifically for you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
